These general terms and conditions of sale apply between:

Hereinafter referred to as: "Bobbies"
And:
Any professional client placing an order with the Bobbies B2B sales department.
Hereinafter referred to as: "The Reseller"
The Reseller declares that he/she has the capacity to enter into this contract, i.e. that he/she has reached the age of majority under guardianship and to be the legal representative of the company he/she represents (or to have delegated authority to place orders on behalf of the company). Order placed by the Reseller implies irrevocable acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
1. Scale of unit prices
The unit purchase price of each item corresponds to the "Wholesale price". It is expressed in EUR (€) per unit excluding tax. This price list is valid for Metropolitan France and Monaco only, for professional customers only and is subject to compliance with the conditions below.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are as follows:
- 2.5 € per item up to a maximum of 50 € for Metropolitan France and Monaco
3. Recommended retail price
The recommended retail price of each item for Metropolitan France and Monaco is indicated including VAT. The Reseller undertakes to respect the recommended retail prices. Unless expressly authorised by Bobbies, the Reseller undertakes not to carry out promotions or similar special outside national sales periods.
4. Price validity
Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Minimum quantities
Minimum order of 30 pairs per delivery address for an initial order and 4 pairs for restocking.
6. Delivery times
The delivery date indicated is purely indicative. Delivery of the order may be spread over a delivery window of between 2 and 5 days.
7. Accepted payment methods
- Payment by card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard)
- Immediate SEPA direct debit in one go
8. Terms of payment
No discount for immediate payment.
9. Accepted currencies
- EUR (€) only.
10. Late payment penalties
From the day following the payment date shown on the invoice, late payment penalties equal to the rate applied by the European Central Bank (ECB) to its refinancing operation plus 10 percentage points will be payable on the amount including VAT of the invoice.
11. Ownership
Bobbies reserves ownership of the goods until full payment of the price payment of the price by the buyer. This right of reclamation concerns both the goods and their price if they have already been resold (Law of 12 May 1980).
12. Bobbies product distribution
Bobbies brand products may only be sold in physical shops. Any distribution through any other channel whatsoever (notably Internet sales) is prohibited, except with the prior agreement of Bobbies.
13. Advertising for the Bobbies brand
Any advertising of the Bobbies brand by the Reseller is subject to the prior agreement of Bobbies. The use by the Reseller of the purchase of keywords (type "Ad-Words) including the brand "Bobbies" on search engines is strictly prohibited.
14. Available sizes
French sizes:
- Men: 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47
- Women: 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42
No pack required.
15. Applicable law and competent court
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed exclusively by French law. The Commercial Courts of PARIS shall have sole jurisdiction in the event of any in the event of a dispute or difference concerning them.
